Dead on arrival! No phone number to call the manufacturer! Two of the plastic parts arrived broken and scratched. The boxes are super heavy and FedEx ground left it on my drive way without knocking on our door! It took my wife, daughter and I to carry the sofa to 2nd floor, it is super heavy. The chair itself is easy to assembled by two people. It took less than an hour. It looks descent for the price. I called Amazon prime customer service twice and first time they gave me a seller phone number but the voicemail answered the call "The inbox is full and it is not accepting voicemail!" Some parts are made from cheap plastic too. Not happy with the purchase! Update: the seller shipped a new controller but it didn't fix the chair. I still have a huge defective chair in my bed room. I bought this chair to give me some relief from my ACL knee reconstruction surgery but now it has given me nothing but grief & frustration!!! I will never ever buy any heavy chair from Amazon. The Prime logo that symbolized trust is now broken and I feel betrayed as a loyal prime member.
