Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I enjoy the games, but on my Kindle Fire some have started crashing when I click on them while others games play just fine. I've also earned the preview game on the meter with 20+hours left to play only to have it disappear, never getting to play it. Please fix! I don't want to uninstall and reinstrall for fear of losing my earned level games.
