Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was so disappointed as the reviews were awesome.They arrived and paired easily and worked for about a minute and then would not charge or work again even after doing all the troubleshooting suggested. The sound quality when they did work was great and they were extremely comfortable. Hoping I just got a bum pair I chose to replace them through Amazon. Time will tell and hopefully my next pair will work. UPDATE😊received new pair the next day ( thx Amazon) and thus far are wonderful and work well! Think I just had a bad pair first time around
