Would not recommend purchasing from this seller. It is clearly not a certified refurbished camera. There was dirt, dust, and a pine needle inside the box on my GoPro when I opened it up. There were also small particles of dirt on the GoPro itself as well as the lens being dirty. Furthermore, after some use I continually got an SD ERR message. It was baffling. I am a very technologically savvy person and it took reflashing the entire camera as well as performing a wipe of the sd card from a Linux computer to allow any videos or pictures to be recorded. I lost countless videos and pictures because I did not realize that the GoPro was not recording. I will be contacting Amazon once I am home to see if I can return this and get either a new one or another refurbished model because for a "certified refurbished" model this is ridiculous. I would understand if this was a cheap Xiaomi Yi action camera or something similar but as this was a very large purchase I expected much more especially from both GoPro and Amazon. Unfortunately I will need to purchase another GoPro because I do drone photography and aerial video and my gimbal is only made for a GoPro otherwise I would stay away from the brand after this experience. In conclusion, I would highly recommend just getting another camera if you can or if you need a GoPro don't waste your time with a "refurbished" model, just buy a new one to attempt to mitigate these issues.
