Great idea for pots, However the coating chips off and scratches bad. I contacted customer service about this issue...I was told to take photos and email them for replacement, I sent clear photos of damage...the email response was to send back the pots for replacement at my expense of $47.50, I explained this to them...there response "Unfortunately based on our warranty policy you would have to return the defective pans at your own expense for a replacement. " DON'T BUY THIS COOKWARE....WARRANTY WILL COST YOU!!!!!
