I loved this lamp as it was perfect over my sewing machine. It worked exactly like I expected. Received on November 18 stopped working december12. ☹️ The remote ceased to work and so did the touch pad on the lamp almost. Finally after fighting with it I got it to the brightest setting where I wanted it and unplugged it. It does not turn on or off on the touch pad or the remote. Now every time I would like to use it I have to plug it in and then unplug it when I am finished. Can you give my any help with this?
