I finally decided to buy this after months of targeted instagram adds.. my new couch was covered in cat hair no matter how much I vacuumed so I needed a better tool. I was so excited and really wanted this to work. It did an okay, at best, job of removing the cat hair… BUT it mainly just removed fabric from my brand new couch! Now my new $800 couch is not only still covered in cat hair.. it’s also covered in huge piling pieces of fabric and looks literally years old and trashed. SO UPSET!!! I even tried on the cat tower as I saw done in an add and it removed all of the fuzz down to the wood boards and minimal cat hair… so FRUSTRATING
