Not worthy. Useless.
Took this product for a month, followed the instructions as instructed but I didn’t noticed any change in mood/anxiety levels. It was just a waste of $50.00. Not worthy. I DO NOT recommend this product for anyone suffering from depression. Customer service directly from the company didn’t want to help me get my money back/refund supposedly because I bought the product from Amazon, even thou they claim money back guaranteed.
