I bought this product for the specific purpose of staying warm. I received the product almost immediately. However, the weather has not yet cold enough to test its capabilities. The weather has changed and unfortunately, the blanket is not thick enough. I should have returned it. But the time has expired. To be honest, I believed that the blanket would have been thicker. To sum it up, if you want to stay warm in temperatures below 70degrees F. Purchase a different blanket. The manufacturer should have used twice the thickness of material. The Sherpa side (white lambswool looking material) is fine. But the other material should have been 2 layers thick. Just my 2 sense. I could and may purchase another and sew them together.
