On day the second day of use, the Roomba 980 was cleaning when we were out the house, and got caught on the wooden floor threshold that borders the sliding glass door tracks. As a result, there is significant, permanent damage to the wooden floor at the point where is got stuck. Now, I will never be able to use the Roomba without being at home to monitor it.
