I really wanted to like this vacuum, especially since they thought enough to include the rubbery nozzle that helps pick up hair and fur. It has a long cord and good suction but that's all the good news. The flaw is that the vacuum's exhaust blows out both sides in an angled FORWARD direction!!! Do not underestimate this flaw, the strong suction means a strong FORWARD exhaust blowing the dust,fur,and hair everywhere. If you read the low reviews you will see that this is the major disappointment. It is absolutely useless on tile, hardwood, stairs, corners and any tight area due to the way it blows dust around. It now has one use, the car.Very poor engineering, a downright embarrassment for the guy that designed this unit. Did the Bissell engineer test this at all before shipping?Who are the people rating five stars? His Mom.
