I got a smaller luggage piece. Despite the pictures on this website, and the piece's own description booklet, the case is not expandable. This is misadvertising, hence I am not a happy customer and giving it one star. Note to Samsonite: I understand that larger models may be expandable, and that this webpage is selling both smaller and larger ones. In this case, however, you need to clearly indicate that smaller cases are not expandable, and use separate pictures for smaller & bigger models. When I click on the description of the smaller cases I see the same pictures (that show that it is expandable). You will continue receiving negative reviews from people if you won't fix this issue. I am normally a very careful & attentive buyer, but I shouldn't have to scroll through all the "answered questions" to find out that the description of the product that you give is inaccurate. This is your responsibility, not your customers'.
