Save your Money
I purchased one of these every year for at least 8 years to transport my teaching materials from car to classroom until I finally wised up! They are made of cheap plastic and fall apart after a few months. It usually begins with the bottom, then the sides. The wheels are cheaply made and so is the handle, which you have to wrestle up and down until eventually it breaks off. The zippers on the cover break within a few weeks. My loads are not very heavy; but every year halfway through the school term I would end up using a whole roll of duct tape to make this Universal Rolling Cart last a few more months. I finally had enough and purchased a Husky 18 inch rolling tool tote--just like the one my electrician uses. It is durable and of quality construction with a lot of pockets inside and out for small items. The handles pull up with little effort and the wheels roll with ease. So, I recommend that you save your money on this Universal Rolling Cart and invest it in a Husky rolling tool tote instead.
