I was excited when I first received this product but a couple of things to note before you spend your money: This device "eats" the caller id number and does not pass it along to your telephone. If you depend on the caller id, this device will "block" it. Second, after about 5 months of use, this device suddenly blocks ALL CALLS. I am not sure what happened, but it will block all calls. I've tried to factory reset it and it still blocks all calls. I've called their tech support line and we tried all sorts of configurations and a second reset and it still blocks all calls. They promised to send to me another unit but the replacement unit never came. Now, they will not return my calls. BUYER beware.
