The sani-clean sticks don't actually live up to the claims. They are not as effective as just pouring some bleach, vinegar and baking soda, or lemon juice down the drain (any of these are also much cheaper). What really worked for our sink was taking the pipes underneath apart and thoroughly cleaning them! I wanted to give these sticks a try, but I won't be buying them again.
