Acacia has Terrible customer service. Very disappointed.
I am very disappointed. The end of the bed came broken. The piece is snapped almost completely in half. Messaged the company and their “solution” is to PayPal $40 to pay a local carpenter to fix it. This is not satisfactory when I paid almost $400 and waited a couple weeks for it to be delivered.
The color is beautiful. I think it would have been a fairly sturdy bed if the piece had not come broken. Very easy to put together.
