This car seat is awful. I purchased this product because I wanted a jogger travel system, and this one showed up on a few lists online as being a good, fair priced option. After using it for 4 weeks, I now realize I should have been more concerned about the car seat component than just the jogging stroller. This car seat is CHEAP. It looks and acts cheap. The material, plastic and all mechanics of it are of very poor quality. The worst part is that it provides zero head support for my baby. The newborn head support pillow that comes with it actually makes it worse and pushes my baby’s head forward to an unsafe position- both when in the car and in the stroller. I had the car seat checked by professionals to ensure it was properly installed, and even then her head was not supported. The head support was even worse in the stroller because the car seat doesn’t actually recline appropriately in it. I called the manufacturer, and was told to raise the bottom headrest to make the car seat recline more, but it didn’t solve the problem. After struggling for weeks and still being concerned for my baby’s safety and head support, I ended up purchasing a different, more expensive jogging system. I wish I would have just done that in the first place rather than mess with this product.
