This printer has been nothing but a big headache. First one I purchased stopped working after 3 months with an error code that could not be cleared.... Called Epson support and they replaced it under warranty and shipped me a brand new replacement unit.3 months later and same issue with the new printer...Not like I use this printer a lot, 20 pages a week maybe. Also using genuine Epson print cartridges too. Fighting with Epson for going on an hour now,,,, They want to send me another replacement but as you can imagine I have no desire to get another one of this model printer just to have to go through the same thing again. Been on hold with "SUPERVISOR" for half hour now and wondering if this is just a tactic to make me tire and hang up and am now resisting the temptation to literally throw this printer out the window and call it a day.. Finally off hold and only thing they can do is ship me another,,, Flaming mad here and hope the 3rd time is a charm. What a mess!! Update - they shipped me another printer (same model) and a day later this one is dead too !! You can't make this stuff up folks.... Update - they shipped me yet another printer, this one looked like it was new since it came in the retail box... Working right now but who knows for how long.... If this one goes going to cut my looses, reduce aggravation and stress and toss it right in the garbage.
