I just learned that Sodium Benzoate can be harmful to cats. This product contains Sodium Benzoate and I have been giving this to our cat for over a year !! Last year he began walking off balance and would fall. One of the stated side affects of Sodium Benzoate in cats is loss of balance. Do your research online and you will see that several vets have urged cat owners not to give their cats anything containing Sodium Benzoate. I am not absolutely certain that his loss of balance is related to this product but I have stopped giving it to him. Time will tell.
