An Honest Review + advice
Consumer health report site gave this probiotic glowing reviews. Most bioavaible and strains that are not readily available in other probiotics such as Bacillus Coagulans and S. Boulardii. Took the chance and ordered a bottle. Not sure if amazon had these shipments baking in the sun because the pills/inside of the bottle smelled like rotten fish oil. Called customer service and inquired whether this was normal. Lady on the line said it was not and told me that her manager will be calling me to rectify the situation and send me another bottle. Nice gesture I guess. That was weeks ago and still no call. Followed up and dropped them 2 voicemails and 2 emails and nothing. Customer service at its finest I'd say. Ended up going through amazon and returning it. Tried it for several days though and I can't say there was anything that made it stand out against any other reputable probiotic company that offers 50 billion cfu+ / multiple strains / no filler or binders / etc type of promises. Perhaps I needed to give it more time but these pills are no different than other well reviewed probiotics on the market through amazon. My suggestion is to do your homework and RESEARCH HEAVILY before pkckkng a probiotic. Everyone's gut microbiome is completely different and you need to choose thr right strains for your condition. When looking for a solid probiotic, you want to see if it actually lists the Genus / Species / and Strain. It also helps if it shows exactly how many servings of each strain the probiotic has. Choose one that shows clinically validated or DNA verified strains that have deep scientific/clinical research to back it up, something that doesnt have unnecessary fillers or binders in their pills / etc and something that is most bioavailable and has a delayed capsule release sort of promise to their name to ensure that you get atleast a partial amount of the bacteria strains actually into your gut because lets face it. If you order a 50 billion cfu probiotic. You arent getting nearly that amount. Do the research and look for something with high bioavailability and look for something that has credible reviews outside of amazon. If you are a research head like myself i would even suggest to study each strain and pick those that best match your symptoms. Whether you have ibs, sibo, leaky gut, skin issues, gut issues, etc. Bluebiotics forsure lost a customer.
