This is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. I have NEVER written a review in my life, but all of the crap in this CD is nothing anyone couldn't think of all by themselves. Shame on me. I am a disable person on a very limited income and I just got ripped off. To the person who rips people off for a living, God will make sure you will be the first to perish when the time comes for what you have done to unsuspecting people who put their trust in you.
