I'm extremely disappointed at this product. I charged it more than 2 hours (maybe 7 hours). I plugged it to my brand new laptop. It made a noise when I plugged the USB. I waited and waited..........and nothing! I waited for the driver and to detect the mouse and nothing! I tried it on my old laptop and the same thing happened. My husband then tried to help me and was was playing with it for a while and couldn't make it work. He got frustrated and upset and threw it away to the garbage. What a waste of money seriously. I received a bad defective product. Now I have to search and order a brand new one. This time I will order either a Microsoft or Logitech one, those are more reliable.
