Great product all around with one HUGE exception. The crotch strap is WAY to short. We have early versions of the Boulevard and the new crotch strap is dramatically shorter, thus the side of the buckle project right into my kids legs. They are 3 and 5 and both complain about them. One refuses to sit in the seats because it hurts so much. I called Britax and they do NOT have longer straps to send, only padding to deal with this issue. I can tell you right now, padding won't help. In my opinion this seat is only good for infants and toddlers whose legs are so thin that they are not yet impacted by the height of buckle system. Very disappointing as we are happy and loyal Britax customers.
