Very disappointed. Don't buy.
Received this iPad mini today. This is not a certified refurbished iPad mini. There was no power adapter lightning to USB cable as advertised. The screen was very dirty and filled with smudges. After plugging it into my personal Apple charger for hours, the battery would not charge. I cannot use the iPad because it is dead and won't turn on. I am very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift for my sons. I contacted Amazon and will be returning this iPad tomorrow.
