I was so excited about this umbrella souldnt wait to use it! We followed the instructions as given and first step was to open the umbrella and this is what happend!!! Never used it before! Waste of money! Cant belive the material was sooooo bad that it bent by wind I mean seriously? Please send a refund I dont even know how to pack this back and send it specially during covid time!! Also I was charged $20 to make this return. I mean if you want to loose $20 by all means by this product.
