These are advertised at 1mm thick when in fact they are 0.72mm - that is THIN (and false advertising). These were supposed to replace some old plastic ones that are 1.47mm, and there is obviously a stark difference. Their thin profile does make it super easy to bend it to transfer the chopped contents into a container, but I also think they are going to get a permanent bend shortly which will make it impossible to cut on. Extra-Thick? Compared to a sheet of paper maybe.
