I saw this toothbrush in a Youtube video and thought the whole concept of UV lights cleaning it seems awesome so when I saw a price drop in October I bought it and then gave it to my parents for them to give it to me as a Christmas present. So I didn't begin using the product until 2 months after purchase and it worked fantastically for the first month, no complaints. No a week into February, you turn it on and it makes the same noise as it always has like the toothbrush is running, but no vibration makes it to the brush head. I came onto Amazon and when I got to my order it says "Product support ended on January 17, less than 3 months after purchase? I was hoping it had some sort of warranty and I could get a replacement. I would not recommend this toothbrush to anyone as if you have any problems, you are screwed. Update March 15, 2022: I got a notification that my review had helped over 100 people, haha. The company has never offered any refund or replacement product. One of the worst purchases I've ever made for the price.
