Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Despite claims both in the product bullets (which I have reported), and responses to other reviews by customer support, the device _is_ plastic. The pictured box I included with this review more accurately says that the _head_ is metal, not the whole thing. I was personally very disappointed, I did not want a plastic device, and the claims in product bullets and customer support responses led me to believe it was not plastic. It is plastic, and I consider this somewhat misleading (to be kind) advertising.
