I've been buying the 11-oz bottles for months and absolutely love them. I was so excited for this bulk powder to show up at the door.... and so disappointed when I mixed the first one. TOTALLY different than the pre-mixed container and barely palatable (to put it nicely). I had to dump most of my first one down the drain and now I have over $30 of disgusting powder I can't stand. The small bottles are rich and creamy and chocolaty and delicious.... this powder has a VERY off-putting grainy-fake-sweetness that I can hardly swallow. I compared the ingredients and the only significant difference is the addition of maltodextrin. WHO APPROVED THIS CHANGE??? WHY!?!?!?! Do they still have a job at your company????? Why on earth would you change the formula to taste SO MUCH worse??? If this were the same formula as the small 11 oz bottles it would be a glowing 5-star review. Please... for the love of all our taste buds.... review your org structure, hire some professional taste testers, run these decisions by your board or whoever and make this stuff taste like the small bottles. I'll do the world's fastest 180 and update my review and subscribe-and-save this stuff.
