I've had this unit for about 2 weeks and though I have to admit that it is a great concept and works (to a certain extend), I still couldn't give this product a perfect review. Here's why: In one word. MOISTURE. At first I thought it was my air stones blowing mist in the direction of the feeder, so I moved the stones far from the feeder, but it sill collected moisture. Once moisture builds up, flake food will stick to the container, creating a mess and a waste of food, preventing a proper feeding session. Besides the moisture, the unit does work, meaning, it keeps time and frequencies. You set 4 different feeding times, each with the option of 1 or 2 feeding rotations. There's a button on top, to allow you to feed your fish on the spot, without having to wait for the next feeding time. The container holds about 0.85 ounces of flake food, which is a lot. The unit includes a clamp, which can be used to attach the feeder to the side of your tank. In conclusion: After owning it for 2 weeks, I've decided to return this product. It would've been nice if it had some sort of gasket to prevent moisture from entering the container, but sadly, this is not the case. Final note: I use air stones all year round, to keep my fish healthy. I tried a different method of aeration, I pointed a couple of power heads towards the surface, to agitate the water, but the feeder still collected moisture.
