I received the box on 13th Dec and opened it as soon as it arrived as I thought the mattress should not be left shrinked for longer time. I left the mattress to expand for complete one day and then I have some feedback for this - though negative. I have no issues with the packaging or have not faced any difficulty in opening it. The product was opened the way its explained on Amazon site or Classic brand site. So opening product was not a problem at all. But I have some serious concerns about the product and the description published: 1. Size of mattress: Product details on website and box says the product is 10" pillowtop innerspring with height of 10" , mattress actually expanded to just 8" in height. 2. Website description says 10 years warranty. Box had certificate that says 3 year limited warranty . Hope this feedback is useful for first time buyers.
