I have used this on and off for a year. If you use this everyday it will give you deep lines when you smile. I guess the muscles in this area get really strong so when you smile they kind of bulge. It looked terrible on me and I have stopped using it all together. I have a round face with big cheeks. Perhaps it would work better for people with naturally slimmer faces. I am doing regular face yoga without any tools, and it works way better!
