Do not buy anything from this manufacturer. Product showed up damaged. UPS was at fault, I get that. But, I have been going round and round for 18 days trying to get it replaced. When you call, all the recordings talk about how great they are at customer service. But that is all lip service. Three customer service reps so far. I have sent them the pictures and information they asked for 13 different times now, and then asked for a supervisor to contact me. Nothing. Nada. You can't talk to a live person when you call. All you get is automated responses. Someone usually calls you back the next day, but still has no idea what you are talking about. I bought this unit because it was made in America. But, do your research and find another company. This one doesn't care about your business. I cannot believe how little they care about helping their customers. DO NOT buy anything from Masterbuilt. You will regret it.
