Not worth the money if you know how to google
This book is a sales pitch for her more expensive programs that can cost you thousands of dollars. There are no meal plans in the book. If you know how to google "keto" you can get all the same information without joining her cult and taking out loans for her programs. She only gives you enough information to confuse you so you have to pay her for more info. Don't waste your money!
