I cannot even express how disappointed I was when I opened my CozyPhones and tried them for the first time. Let me start by saying that my son had purchased the same product several weeks ago and loved them so I was excited to get my own. The pair he has--exact brand, type--are great quality. They're thick and the material used in the headband is just a much better quality. The set I received...although they look identical...are flimsy and pathetic. We held my son's set in one hand and mine in the other and we were both shocked at the difference. How this happened I have no idea but mine are pretty much unusable and his are great. I am going to try to figure out a way to sew the headband to "tighten" it and hopefully that will help with the reinforcement as well. The sound also was very quiet but I'm hoping if I can get them tightened up the sound quality will improve. Take what you will from this...apparently it's a hit or miss product.
