We were disappointed our oven died after 10 months. Now, we are totally un-impressed with Breville's response to our problem with their high dollar countertop oven. Sure, we understand mechanical failures happen. Heck, we're on our 5th Keurig, but the difference with this oven's failure is Breville will not replace their broken unit until either receiving the failed oven or our $156 'deposit'. Breville is HD'ed in Sydney, Australia and seem to follow other Asian companies' lousy customer service policies. If you are considering an expensive Breville, suggest that you buy a cheap knockoff alternative - You'll get the same help when it breaks...
