A very basic caliper. These calipers are obviously an inexpensive version of more refined and accurate calipers. After several days of moderate use I’ve noticed a few things: 1. They are very light weight, but that ends up working against them. Without a bit more resistance in heavier parts it is more difficult to get extremely accurate adjustments. 2. Accuracy and calibration. My pair are off slightly in the tenths of mm. Generally not a huge deal but don’t expect these to be as accurate as a more expensive and quality pair. Good for quick measurements, not so good for very detailed measurements. Edit: review lowered to 1 star after the seller tried to offer to refund my money in exchange for deleting the review.
