Order this product for my mom. It worked fine for a few days, afterwards the flash light never turned off until it killed the battery and the power bank wouldn't charge anything or be charged itself. It sit like a brick on my desk now, would like a refund or a replacement. Update - The manufacturer tried reaching out to me to offer a refund or a replacement contingent on me updating my review. I was actually okay with giving them a second chance, we all deserve them. However, I recently received an email from their customer service reps essentially demanding that I remove this comment and how they have offered me alternative(s) to replace and or a refund but I need to remove my comment ASAP. On this ground my fellow Amzon'ers, so that you all are aware of the quality of this product, this review will stay and I hope you all stay clear of this product!
