This review is more of a recommendation. If you've ever had bitter melon you will know it taste extremely bitter. I advise you to open the pill and taste it. We used to use an organic bitter melon pill provider and also have opened the pill to taste the content and as expected it was very bitter... However when you open this pill to taste the contents of this pill it taste sweet! In this day where we are not sure if we can trust manufacturers, I will lean on common sense and will not purchase these pills anymore. Bitter melon should taste bitter… Not sweet….
