My drone dropped out of the sky for no obvious on its maiden flight. Each call to the customer support center puts you in a waiting line that lasts at least 20min. After sending in my down, it took a full week until the correctly labelled parcel was registered. All repairs take 5-6 weeks after check/in. So basically I have waited 1 month to get the drone, could fly it up to 2ft before it dropped, and the repair now takes 2 Month. Not what I would expect for a drone that costs 1.5k$...
