Here is my issue with this. In the description of the product it doesn't specify that it is much heavier. I purchased this for my 86 year old mom, and as independent as she is, she could not lift this in and out of her car. Her arthritis makes it too heavy. So I paid $55 to buy it. It will cost $50 to return it. I'm going to donate it instead and will find one elsewhere. Very disappointed that we didn't get the information before the purchase.
