When I received the package everything was in order. Nothing looked wrong. All contents in package were sealed, and nothing was wet. As soon as I pluged the solar charger into the wall, it began SMOKING and started flickering. I then unplugged it and burned myself while unplugging it. The plastic casing rose to over 200 Degrees F. I do not recommend this product. Very dangerous. Returning immediately.
