I live in the state of Maryland. I order this product because of the excellent reviews however the product that arrived was far from it. The box appeared to have been very cleverly re-sealed but definitely not new. Inside, there was no AC adapter or headpiece, as seen in the above picture. The actual motor unit was wrapped poorly in plastic that clearly was not done by the manufacturer, as seen in the above picture. Furthermore, the handpiece appears to have already been used based on visible micro-hairs identifiable along along the top, as seen in the picture. I paid over $100 for this product - this kind of practices is unacceptable.
