After only 3 WEEKS on my spa, the cover has begun to tear and stitching is loosening in multiple places as seen in the pictures. I notified the company and they informed me they would look into it. After 10 days of not hearing back, I reached out to them to see how this is handled under the 5-YEAR WARRANTY. Here is their response: "After a thorough review with our supervisor and production team, we have all agreed that this does not happen in the early stages of a cover being manufactured since the skirts are only for covering the spa and they do not get any other use, also, this add on the cover if you think about it, it doesn't serve any other purpose - the skirt covers the spa - there shouldn't be any rip in this section. Stitching is still intact. We are sorry to inform you but the Vinyl replacement has been Denied under Warranty as this is not a Fail due to Workmanship or Manufacturing Defect." So now, 12 days after their denial and commitment to look into it again, no word. Bottom line, the company is a scam! They offer a 5-YEAR WARRANTY and will not cover defects almost from DAY 1. As the stitching continues to loosen, tears become larger, water begins to penetrate, this will be useless garbage within a matter of months. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
