But we tried to discovery plus signed up for the 7-day free trial with the option of commercial-free viewing it was under the impression with the few details that their website originally gave prior to the launch that we would maybe get live streaming of Discovery channels and and the networks that fall underneath that one of the limitations is it does not have motor weeks / velocity The other downside is there's a few programs that are live air on history or discovery that are not current or non-existent like oak island is one of those that does not exist on this network I mean the quality that that we've noticed is good it streams very clean but for an extra $10 I can go to another stream service which we already have that have all the discovery network programs with no limitations it has built-in DVR on the stream service so that we can actually mark programs to record when the air and watch them live with a DVR option which we're kind of disappointed about that a lot of the programs we actually do watch are seasons behind instead of being current but if you're into ghosts just nature in general the 90 day crowd there's plenty of things for you to watch but for us paying $4.99 or even $6.99 doesn't seem smart.
