Within two weeks of purchase and used perhaps twice, the plastic zipper pull broke off. Amazon refused to replace the item and told me to go to the manufacturer (very disappointing). So, I go to the Rachael Ray website, they identify their manufacturer/supplier as Meyer Corp. I mail it to them for almost as much as the bag cost. I got it back today from Meyer disavowing any responsibility for the bag. Just a bad experience all the way around--cheap zipper, Amazon declined to replace it, the Rachael Ray company disavowed the product. Buyer beware.
