When I received the rat doorstop I was dismayed to discover that it's actually two hollow cast iron pieces joined together, and not nearly heavy enough to decently stop a door, especially an exterior door when there's a breeze involved. But since it's really cute, I decided to keep it and improve it myself. So I drilled a hole in the ass end (sorry little buddy), melted about 4 pounds of lead and filled it up... and now the cute little rat has the gravitas to properly stop a door. : )
