I am disabled and I purchased this item to help with my circulation. The advertisers were completely off the mark on this one. It doesn't heat, the bubbles are a joke and you have to be a contortionist to use the cheap little rubber thingy on top. It also sounds extremely loud. I usually like this company, but they totally misrepresented themselves this time.
