Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

The battery worked great out of the box. It worked even better once I completed the recommended charge / discharge cycles. However, after less than 2 month of use I noticed that my phone was splitting open & the screen glass was starting to pop out of the frame. When I opened it I found that the battery had swollen significantly. Based on all of the positive reviews I believe that I just got a bad battery. I hate to leave a negative review before giving the company a chance to replace it, but I can't find any other way to contact the company. Please instruct me on how to make use of the 3-year warranty support. Thanks!
