I have now owned this mattress for 4 years. This is the ABSOLUTE worst mattress. It can no longer be used due to the severe collasp and indentation in the sleeping area. I am not even 160 lbs. Over the past two years I have had to put heavy cardboard under this mattress for support. Now, even that does not work. I have worked with Nathaniel in customer service every single day for the past several weeks trying to get a refund or an adjustment. Instead of laying out everything I needed to prove was wrong with the mattress at the same time, Nathaniel demanded more and more proof after each and every time I provided what he requested. Today Nathaniel requested even more information - even though I have met and exceeded every other request. He informed me today they don't see a problem- even though the pictures clearly show it. Basically, there IS NO warranty. Zinus lies about the warranty. Anything bought from Zinus is BUYER BEWARE!! And shame in Amazon for allowing this company to sell on this site while offering a false warranty! Original review: If I would have written this a month ago I would have given 5 stars and would have told how much I loved this mattress. But what a difference a month makes. I had planned on waiting a full 6 months before I gave feedback. But I decided to do it now, because, unfortunately, it can only get worse. When I first got it it was the best mattress I had ever slept on. It was very firm, which is what I need for my back. From the first night I slept on it, up until a month ago, I was able to get through the day without back pain. Then, almost as if over night, the mattress has become way too soft. So, I basically had the best nights sleep and minimal back pain throughout the day, for almost 4 months. Very very disappointed.
